Xiangtan Duoling Huacheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a real estate development enterprise invested by Duoling Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Huacheng Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, which was established in Xiangtan on May 28, 2004. The company mainly deals in real estate development, real estate business consulting and other businesses. It is a second-level qualified enterprise for real estate development. As legal shareholders of the company, the two companies currently have more than 20 subsidiaries in the country, covering the fields of import and export trade, clothing and apparel export, textile accessories, real estate development, shipping, enclosure dredging, plastic chemical industry, efficient agriculture and hotels. Among them, real estate development in Shanghai, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, Pinghu City, Hohhot City, Hunan Xiangtan City, Yiyang Anhua County and other places have large-scale investment projects.

Our company has invested a lot of money in the development and construction of "Oriental Famous Garden" project in Xiangtan, adhering to the core concept of "improving the quality of Xiangtan's human settlements", and has always been committed to the continuous improvement and innovation of the human settlements environment.
