Jining Huacheng Lark Clothing Co., Ltd. is a major achievement of Wenshang and Pinghu, Zhejiang Province. It is the main production base of high-end garment manufacturing.The project is a large-scale international brand apparel production base, which is jointly invested by Zhejiang Huacheng Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jiaxing Lark Investment Industry Co., Ltd. and integrates R&D, design, processing, production, garment washing and accessories processing. It is also a high-quality supplier of international brands such as Uniqlo Japan.The project is located in the south of the Second Ring Road and the west of Guangming Road in Wenshang County Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 300 mu and is implemented in three phases. After the completion of the third phase, the building area will reach 100,000 square meters.

The first phase of the project started in May 2016 covers an area of about 86 mu and has a construction scale of about 35,000 square meters. It was officially completed and put into use on January 17, 2017.In strict accordance with the requirements of internationalization and standardization, the factory designs and decorates with high specifications, purchases more than 1000 sets of equipment such as automatic cutting and sewing, and forms a complete chain of clothing design, production, finishing and washing. It can produce and process 10 million pieces of clothing annually, with annual tax of more than 10 million yuan.

At present, all the 20 production lines of the enterprise have been put into operation, with more than 1000 workers. The annual tax paid by the company is more than 10 million yuan. The top three taxpayers in the garment industry in wenshang County, have achieved good economic and social benefits.
